is a FREE Windows utility that allows you to select a directory and you can then view all
the bitmaps, metafiles, icons and icons held in executables as thumbnails.
Select one of the thumbnails and you can zoom in, copy or delete the image,
copy it somewhere else or extract it from its executable if it is an Icon.
SmartView has a nice modern interface with Help and tooltips.
